University Regent Theater, Syracuse, NY 11/3/63

Catalog No. MSO-URT.1963.11.03

Early Bob Dylan posters are some of the most sought-after pieces in the hobby, as well as being some of the rarest. This show took place on November 3, 1963 at the University Regent Theater in Syracuse, New York. The show was produced by the Congress of Racial Equality (CORE) and it is one of only a few pieces that tie Dylan with the Civil Rights movement. This poster is considered by many to be one of the best-looking and most important of the early Dylan pieces. Beware—this image has been extensively bootlegged and only a few genuine posters are known to exist.

The orignal poster was printed on cardboard and measures 20" x 14".
