2) Payment can be made with Visa, MasterCard, Amex, PayPal, or by personal check, cashier’s check, or money order. Please allow 10 days for clearance on personal checks.
3) Colorado residents must add 4.5 percent sales tax or provide a valid resale number.
4) Our standard shipping charge includes shipping and insurance via Priority Mail in a strong tube for posters, and a stiff, flat mailer for handbills and postcards. Shipping posters flat and/or expedited shipping via Express Mail or FedEx can be arranged for an additional charge.
5) Overseas orders are declared at full value. We will not send as gifts or falsify the customs forms for you. Overseas purchasers assume all risk and liability for any loss, damage, duties or other fees related to the shipment.

7) Every item we sell is unconditionally guaranteed to be genuine and accurately described. All Family Dog, Bill Graham, Grande Ballroom, Vulcan Gas, and Neon Rose items have been attributed using the current edition of The Collectors Guide to Psychedelic Rock Concert Posters, Postcards and Handbills 1965-1973 by Eric King. We are not responsible if new information is discovered that changes the designation in King’s book.
8) Your satisfaction is our main concern. If for any reason you are not 100 percent satisfied with any item ordered from us, you may return it within 7 days for a complete refund, less shipping. Items must be returned in the same condition and in the same packaging as you received them.
9) We will happily include a Certificate of Authenticity with any poster you purchase from us. Please ask for this when you place your order by checking the appropriate box in the shopping cart. We cannot provide a certificate once the item has been shipped.
10) Please note that the images on our site are stock images and not necessarily of the item for sale. We are happy to supply specific images by request.
