Grande Ballroom 1/5 & 6/68

This image is known as G/G-680105 in Eric King’s book; number 61 in the Henkel numbering system; and number 17 under the commonly used postcard numbering system.

This image was only printed as a postcard. There are four variations:

The Type A card was printed on white stock and measures approximately 4″ x 7⅛″. This card has a blank back.

The Type B card was printed on white stock and measures approximately 4″ x 7⅛″. This card has a “Grande Ballroom” and a “Place Stamp Here” imprint on the back. The words “Place Stamp Here” appear in a rectangle.

The Type C card was printed on white stock and measures approximately 4″ x 7⅛″. This card has a “Grande Ballroom” and a “Place Stamp Here” imprint on the back. The words “Place Stamp Here” are surrounded by a floral pattern.

The Type D card is identical to the Type A, but has been addressed and mailed.
