Olympia Stadium, Detroit, MI 5/16/69

This image was created by Carl Lundgren for a Led Zeppelin show that was to be held at Detroit's Olympia Stadium on May 16, 1969. Howard Tyner was promoting the show, but due to non-payment issues, the show did not take place as planned. Originally, only postcards were printed and they are quite scarce, commanding upwards of $350 in Mint condition. These posters were printed in 1991 by Lundgren in a limited-edition silkscreen run of 500 signed and numbered pieces.

The original poster was printed on white stock and measures approximately 16" x 26".

The original handbill was printed on white stock and measures approximately 4" x 7".
