Fillmore West 6/17-22/69

This poster was the first that David Singer designed for Bill Graham and it represents a huge departure in style from the previous artists. Singer's use of collages and readable lettering became his trademark style and his artistry is seen on some of the most famous posters of the day.

The original poster was printed on slick, glossy-coated index stock and measures approximately 14″ x 22″.

The postcard has a calendar of Bill Graham events on the back and measures approximately 4⅝″ x 7″.

A double postcard was also printed that bears the images of both BG-178 and 179 and measures approximately 7″ x 9¼″. This card has a bulk rate permit on the back. In addition, some copies were addressed and mailed to people on the mailing list.
