Cow Palace 9/22/67
Original posters were printed on white stock and come in two versions which measure approximately 14″ x 21⅛″:
The Type One original has two print flaws; one is a yellow dot between the upper part of the “E’ in “ONE” and the other is a small yellow area along the top edge of the bottom curve of the “S” in “SEPT”. This is known as BG-86-OP-1-A in Eric King’s guide.
The Type Two original has had the print flaws corrected; the one in the “E’ has been fixed with small brown dots which bend in with the background. This is known as BG-86-OP-1-C in Eric King’s guide.
The second print poster was printed on white index stock and measures approximately 14″ x 21⅛″. These have had the print flaw in the “S” corrected, but the yellow area in the “E” still appears. This is known as BG-86-RP-1.5 in Eric King’s guide.
The third print poster was printed on glossy stock and measures approximately 14″ x 21⅜″.
The postcard has a “place stamp here” reverse and measures approximately 4½″ x 7″.
