Fillmore Auditorium 2/12/66
Catalog No. MSC-FIL.1966.02.12
Presented by the Democratic Congressional Candidates' Viet Nam Study Group, this was the first of three "Peace Rock" events held. This very important event at The Fillmore Auditorium featured The Great Society, Quicksilver Messenger Service, Big Brother & The Holding Company, Our Lost Souls, and The Wildflower. Originally, the Grateful Dead was slated to play and its name can be seen under the glued-on covering that lists Big Brother. A second glued-on label covers The Mystery Trend with The Great Society. Some serious lineup changes here!
The original handbill was printed on white stock and measures approximately 8½” x 11”.
