This early handbill advertises Dr. Timothy Leary in person for the Psychedelic Celebration Number One at the Berkeley Community Theatre on Friday January 27 and at Winterland Saturday January 28. This show was a “reenactment of the world’s great religious myths using psychedelic method: Media mix, molecular phrasing, pantomime, lights, sound, film and lecture.”

The original handbill was printed on pink stock and measures approximately 6” x 7¾”.
