The Ark 2/23 & 24/68

This interesting poster was designed by Cyril Jordan for a pair of shows at the Ark that featured The Flamin’ Groovies and The Phoenix. The design could have easily been used for a Grateful Dead show and features a skeleton holding a scepter. These posters were printed by the Bindweed Press and often show signs of slight over-inking in the lettering of the band names, making them a bit “broken” looking.
The original poster was printed on white vellum and measures approximately 17" x 23".
