This famous poster was designed by John Van Hamersveld and Bob Schnepf and was used to promote a great show at the Rose Bowl that featured such acts as Joan Baez, Big Brother & The Holding Company, The Byrds, Frank Zappa, and others. Van Hamersveld designed many posters for Southern California venues, and in our opinion, this is one of his best works.
The original poster was printed on white stock and measures approximately 13" x 26¼"
The original proof sheet is printed on white stock and measures approximately 23" x 29"
The handbills come in several different varieties:
The Type A original handbill is printed in color and measures approximately 3½" x 7".
