The “Bob Fried Memorial Boogie” poster was used for a benefit concert given to help the family of poster artist Bob Fried, who had passed away earlier in the year. The headline act was supposed to be “Jerry Garcia and Friends,” but in reality, the Dead came out and played a huge, legendary set. The poster features images of many of the posters that Fried designed during his career.
The original poster was printed on white stock and measures approximately 14" x 20"
The original handbill was printed on white stock and measures approximately 4¾" x 6¾". These come in several colors depending on the sheet position.
