Anastasia's 12/7/66

While not a concert handbill, this is still an important piece from the Bay Area. This was used to promote a show featuring Wes Wilson — “The Rock ’n Roll Poster Artist” at Anastasia’s in San Francisco. The design by Wes has his signature psychedelic lettering at the top, but the lettering at the bottom is typeset. This must have been a strange event — Wes and his posters, a photographer, and a fashion show — all rolled into one!

The original handbill was printed on fluorescent yellow/green paper and measures approximately 5″ x 10″.
