This blotter is called “Gold Dolphins” and was made to be cut with scissors and are not perforated. The blue dots indicate the place to cut and the result would be 500 hits form a 20 x 25 format. These came out around 1980 and were issued simultaneously with the Psychedelic Snowflakes.
