This beautiful image, designed by David Byrd, dates from May 1968. Hendrix was at the height of his career at the time of this show and he performed two shows this night. Not shown on the poster but opening for Hendrix that night was Sly & The Family Stone, who was relatively unknown at this point and was heckled by the crowd.
The original poster was printed on medium stock and measures approximately 14″ x 22″.
The second print poster was printed on medium stock and measures approximately 15″ x 23⅞″.
The original postcard was printed on medium stock and measures approximately 4⅜″ x6″.
The reprint postcard was printed on white stock and measures approximately 5″ x 7″.
