This image is known as G/G-690530 in Eric King’s book and number 137 in the Henkel numbering system.

This event was not held at the Grande Ballroom, but was promoted by Russ Gibb.

This image was designed to promote the First Annual Detroit Rock & Roll Revival, which was held at the Michigan State Fairgrounds. It is a great looking image and is always in demand.

The original poster was printed on white stock and measures approximately 17″ x 22″.

The second print poster was printed in 1992 and measures approximately 17⅝″ x 22″. The notation “© 1969, 1992 GARY GRIMSHAW All Rights Reserved” appears in the lower left margin.

The original postcard was printed on white stock and measures approximately 5⅜″ x 7″. There are several minor variations involving the border. For more information, see Eric King’s book. These cards were printed on a slick stock and, as a result usually have a worn look, even when mint. They are also usually cut slightly crooked - often missing one of the margins.
