Avalon Ballroom 8/9-11/68

Steppenwolf, Santana, and Siegel Schwall appeared at the Avalon Ballroom for three days in August 1968 and are advertised on this rather unique-looking poster. Like most of the later Family Dog Posters, they were printed in black ink only—a cost-saving measure.
The original poster was printed on uncoated index stock and measures approximately 14″ x 21″.
The postcard has a “place stamp here” back and measures approximately 4″ x 6″.
