Avalon Ballroom 10/18-20/68
Velvet Underground, Charley Musselwhite and Initial Shock are advertised on this Family Dog poster. Wes Wilson created this design, which was used in October 1968 at the Avalon Ballroom.
The original poster was printed on uncoated index stock and measures approximately 13⅞″ x 20″.
The postcard comes in two types. Both measure approximately 4⅝″ x 6⅝″:
The Type A card has a “place stamp here” reverse.
The Type B card has a blank reverse.
