Well-known photographer Paul Kagan created this interesting poster that was used for a series of Avalon Ballroom shows that featured the Steve Miller Band, Howlin' Wolf and Conqueroo.
The original poster was printed on glossy stock and measures approximately 14⅛″ x 20″.
The postcard comes in four varieties:
The Type A card has a “place stamp here” back and measures approximately 5″x 7″.
The Type B card is a double card of the images of FD-127 and 128. This card has a “place stamp here” reverse and measures approximately 6″ x 9″.
The Type C card is a double card of the images of FD-127 and 128. This card has a bulk rate permit on the reverse and measures approximately 6″ x 9″.
The Type D card is a double card of the images of FD-127 and 128 that was mechanically addressed and mailed. This card has a bulk rate permit on the reverse and measures approximately 6″ x 9″.
