Like many other posters created by Singer, the theme is space. Procul Harum headlined the concert and country-flavored rock group Poco - plus, one-hit-wonder Mungo Jerry - provided the opening acts. In the lower portion of the poster, a mid-week show with Small Faces and Rod Stewart is advertised.
The original poster was printed on coated index stock and measures approximately 14″ x 21″.
The postcard has a calendar of Bill Graham events on the back and measures approximately 4⅝″ x 7″.
A double postcard was also printed that bears the images of both BG-253 and 254 and measures approximately 7″ x 9¼″. This card has a bulk rate permit on the back. In addition, some copies were addressed and mailed to people on the mailing list.
