Fillmore West 7/28-8/9/70

This great-looking David Singer design advertises 13 days of music at The Fillmore West in July and August 1969. The bands featured include Ten Years After, Procul Harum, Leon Russell, Fleetwood Mac, Buddy Miles, and others. Due to the large size and fragile inks used, this poster usually has some handling and slight rubbing of the ink.

The original poster was printed on coated index stock and measures approximately 21″ x 28″. There is substantial variation in color, so much so that this poster was probably printed in two runs with an ink change. On some originals, the background is nearly aqua, and on others it is more of a medium to dark blue.

The postcards come with the same color variations and measure approximately 7″ x 9″. All cards have a calendar of Bill Graham events on the back, and some were addressed and sent to people on the mailing list.
