Fillmore West 6/4-7/70
Catalog No. BG-237
This poster is the last of four that Singer created for Bill Graham/Grateful Dead shows. The Dead shared billing with the New Riders of the Purple Sage - a Dead spin-off band - and Southern Comfort, a very short-lived Bay Area quintet.
The original poster was printed on coated index stock and measures approximately 14″ x 21″.
The postcard has a calendar of Bill Graham events on the back and measures approximately 4⅝″ x 7″.
A double postcard was also printed. This card bears the images of both BG-237 and 238 and measures approximately 7″ x 9¼″. This card has a bulk rate permit on the back. In addition, some copies were addressed and mailed to people on the mailing list.
