David Singer once again used a chambered nautilus shell in a poster collage for this piece that announced a series of shows by Bo Diddley, Lightnin’ Hopkins, and the New York Rock & Roll Ensemble.
The original poster was printed on coated index stock and measures approximately 14″ x 21″.
The postcard has a calendar of Bill Graham events on the back and measures approximately 4⅝″ x 7″.
A double postcard was also printed that bears the images of both BG-253 and 254 and measures approximately 7″ x 9¼″. This card has a bulk rate permit on the back. In addition, some copies were addressed and mailed to people on the mailing list.
