Norman Orr created this stunning poster for a series of shows starring the great blues man, B.B. King. King's name leaps from the poster and a drawing of the man himself stands underneath. Orr's use of bold colors and imagery is at its finest with this work.
The original poster was printed on coated index stock and measures approximately 14⅛″ x 21¼″.
The postcard has a calendar of Bill Graham events on the back and measures approximately 4⅝″ x 7″.
A double postcard was also printed that bears the images of both BG-268 and 269 and measures approximately 7″ x 9¼″. This card has a bulk rate permit on the back. In addition, some copies were addressed and mailed to people on the mailing list.
