Hollywood Palladium 6/13/69

With his commonly used insect imagery, Rick Griffin created this masterpiece for a Who show at the Hollywood Palladium in 1969. The central image features a dung beetle rolling his little dung ball in a pool of water topped by some of the fantastic lettering that made Griffin famous. Of all the Griffin posters, this one stands out because of the vibrant, Moscoso-like colors.

The original poster was printed on thin white stock and measure approximately 16" x 22⅝".
