University of Texas Art Museum, Austin, TX 5/11-6/1/69

This Art of Rock piece exists only as an oversized handbill and is very tough to find. Dating from 1969, this is an early item from the Austin area. The handbill was used to promote an art show featuring the works of the students at the University of Texas. The intriguing design by Jim Franklin pictures armadillos being squeezed out of a tube of paint.

The original handbill was printed on thin white stock and measures approximately 8″ x 14″.
