The Grateful Dead was the most famous band from California in the Pacific Northwest during this time period, partly because many of the Dead's crew members came from Oregon. This image appears like a "Wanted" or "Notice" sign advertising the Grateful Dead and Quicksilver Messenger Service's Tour of the Pacific Northwest. These appear with numerous different venues and show dates and were designed by George Hunter.

The original poster was printed on tan stock and measures approximately 13" x 19".

The original handbill was printed on tan stock and measures approximately 6" x 10".
