This beautiful poster was designed by Carl Lundgren, who also designed a fair number of posters for the Grande Ballroom and other Michigan venues. This image was used for the 2nd Annual Saugatuck Pop Festival, held at Pottawatamie Beach in Saugatuck, Michigan on July 4-5, 1969. The lineup of bands was pretty amazing and included such greats as MC5, Muddy Waters, John Lee Hooker, Bob Seger, Procol Harum, and many others.
The original poster was printed on white stock and measures approximately 16¾" x 22".
The original Type A handbill was printed on white stock and measures approximately 4⅛" x 7⅛".
The original Type B handbill was printed on yellow stock and measures approximately 5⅞" x 7⅜".
