Oakland Stadium 10/9-10/76

This is one of the most popular posters that featured The Who as one of the acts. The concert was presented on October 9, 1976 by Bill Graham as part of his “Day on the Green” series. This poster was printed twice by Bill Graham and also bootlegged extensively. Original posters are quite scarce, despite 5000 pieces being printed. The second print run consisted of 2500 pieces and was done in 1979.

The original poster was printed on white stock and measures approximately 20⅛″ x 28⅜″. All originals have the credit “©1976 Bill Graham/Tea Lautrec Litho San Francisco” at the center of the bottom edge.

The Second print was printed on white stock and measures approximately 20⅛″ x 28⅜″. These do not have the printing credit listed above but the quality is very good.

The bootleg posters are printed on white stock and measures approximately 20″ x 28⅜″. These do not have the printing credit listed above and usually have a slightly greenish cast to them.
