The Matrix 8/5-7/67
This is a very scarce and attractive handbill from the Matrix. It was used for a 1967 show featuring the Flamin’ Groovies and was designed by Leidenthal. The central image shows a wide-eyed man with a floral design coming out of the top of his head. This image is shown in the “Art of Rock” as plate number 2.115 and was only printed in handbill form. Very rare!
The original handbill is printed on thin white stock and measures approximately 8½" x 11"
