The Rock Garden 3/28-4/2/67

Created by Michael Wood for a series of Grateful Dead shows at The Rock Garden in early 1967, these posters are very scarce and rarely offered for sale. There are two version of this poster; purple and blue. This purple version has the incorrect dates of "April 28-March 2". The blue version has the dates as "March 28-April 28", which was also incorrect. The actual dates of the shows were March 28-April 2! The dates on these are usually corrected in ink and that should not affect the grade.

The Type 1 original poster is printed on white stock in blue ink and measures approximately 16¾" x 16¾".

The Type 2 original poster is printed on white stock in purple ink and measures approximately 16¾" x 16¾".

The original handbill is printed on thin white stock and measures approximately 5" x 5".
