Grateful Dead at Great Highway 8/1-3/69 by Jellyroll Press

TThis is a scarce poster for a Grateful Dead show at the Great Highway in August 1969. The show was promoted by the Family Dog, who started holding dances at 660 Great Highway in June 1969. The poster advertised “A city place for country minded people where magic has been brought back at the edge of the Western world. They are dancing again at 660 Great Highway.” This poster was created by Jellyroll Press and rarely shows up for sale. This item is listed in the guide by Eric King as FD-690801-OP-1.

The original poster was printed on white stock and measures approximately 11¼" x 17". These are seen with and without the next week’s schedule printed on the back.
